Vodafone Voice SMS

Vodafone Voice SMS is a cool hassle-free way of sending short-messages by voice instead of text. It allows a Vodafone customer to record and send a 30-second voice message to another Vodafone customer.

You do not need a special phone to send or receive Voice SMS as this service works on any GSM phone.

To send Voice SMS:

• Dial 113+ Vodafone network code + Vodafone recipient’s number (e.g. 1130201234567) and send;
• Listen to the voice prompt to record voice message within 30 seconds;
• Press # key to send.

The recipient receives a notice of the voice message together with instructions on how to retrieve and listen to the message.

To retrieve voice message:

• Just dial 114 plus sender’s number;
• Listen to voice message.
