By dialing 555 and following the voice prompts on how to register your first F&F number. A registration fee of 50p is automatically deducted from the subscriber’s PRIMARY balance upon the successful addition of the subscriber’s first F&F number and he immediately has access to the service for the next 30 days. A subscriber must have a minimum credit balance of 50p in his PRIMARY balance before he can register for this service.

A welcome SMS message will be sent to the subscriber upon successful registration to the service informing the subscriber of the service package and the duration of the service.

By making sure his credit balance is equal to or above 50p on the midnight of the 30th day. On the midnight of the 30th day, he is automatically renewed on the service and an SMS message will be sent to him confirming renewal of the service.

His F&F service is put on a suspend state during which period all calls to the numbers registered in the F&F service will be charged at the call rates of the subscriber’s tariff plan. Any time he tops up to the value of 50p and above he is automatically renewed on the service. A subscriber will continue to be on the suspend state indefinitely as long as he is registered on the F&F service and has not topped up to the value of 50p and above.
