In order for you to enjoy BlackBerry from Vodafone for the first time, we must activate the service for you. You can request this from us by:
Dialling 212 (toll-free) or
Visiting one of our retail Shops or
Applying through our website (available late September) www.vodafone.com.gh.
Your SIM must be registered before we can activate your account.
Put your SIM card into a Blackberry device
*125*1# then press send / OK to buy a daily bundle
*125*2# then press send / OK to buy a weekly bundle
*125*3# then press send / OK to buy a monthly bundle
Option 1 : Go to Options & Select Status
Option 2: Hold down ALT and shift (CAP or NUM) and 'H'
Yes, you can also choose to go the “pay as you Go” option using the normal tariff plan.
You will lose all the data / SMS / Voice minutes if you don’t use it before the expiry date.
If your SMS / Voice is used up before the end of the validity period of the package period, and you still have credit in your account, will be switched to the “Pay as you Go” tariff. Blackberry customers can only subscribe to one bundle at a time.
Yes, you can use your existing Vodafone SIM card but we will need to activate the service on your SIM card for you before you can enjoy the service.
Yes, you can. You just need to dial the shortcode 212 or go to the Vodafone website and fill a request form (available late September). If your SIM card is new, please remember to complete SIM registration beforehand.
Yes, you can buy a Blackberry handset at any of the Vodafone Retail Shops.
