Simply dial (toll-free): 100 to report faults or make to general enquiries, 160 for Vodafone Directory service, 101 for broadband service and 011 for help with your mobile services. You can call from either a mobile or landline from anywhere in Ghana, and our dedicated call centre agents will answer your queries.
