As a way of improving on customers experience, Vodafone has launched an Interactive voice response (IVR) that provides quick and valuable information on several products, services and promotions. As a result the three main short codes (100,101 and 011) to the call center are being merged. From the 1st of October, 2011 customers can just dial ‘100’ to access the IVR.
