Mr. David Venn

David Venn was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Ghana Telecommunications Company Limited (Vodafone Ghana) on November 10, 2008.

David is an innovative and respected business leader with proven experience in driving growth and implementing effective business strategies. He supervised the brand launch of Vodafone in Ghana in April, 2009. Prior to joining Vodafone, David spent five years in Zambia where he acquired firsthand knowledge and insights into the African telecommunications market.

David has over 30 years experience in the telecommunications industry. He has worked in a number of telecommunications enterprises in the USA, UK and other parts of Europe. He has also worked in Pakistan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Australia.
